Personal Life
Pragathi born as a second daugther to Mr Guruprasad and Mrs Kanaka Guruprasad on 14th September 1997 at Singapore. She has a elder sister Sai Prithvi Guruprasad. Few years later at her very young age,their family moved on United States of America. Pragathi was raised up at Fremont,California. She is well trained in both carnatic and hindustani music. She can speak fluently in american english,tamil,kannada and french. Since her younger age she start participating in various music competition throughout USA such as Spandana Super Singer Junior 2010 and Carnatic Music Idol 2011. But she got a big reach after participating in a television based reality singing competiton called Airtel Super Singer Junior 3 (Vijay Tv). In this show she was well known as SSJ04 Pragathi and she was the first runner up of the competition. After the competition,she make her debut as a playback singer in Kollywood at the age of 15. Currently she is performing in lots of concerts and charity events around the world and also singing some playbacks in tamil and telugu cine industry. As in another hand,she has also turned into great model and having photoshoots with many famous photographer. In future,she have a intrest on turning into a music composer.
